The Bourget and Hirson sites belong to the Lighting Segment Johnson Electric Group, whose objective is to develop and produce efficient mechatronic solutions improving safety and comfort for the user, designed with the objective to minimize the impact on the environment.
Current and potential customers are located all over the world and the market is becoming increasingly demanding in terms of quality. It is therefore essential that we all contribute to providing:

  • Improve quality performance for our customers and continue to reduce our NQC (Non Quality Costs) to ensure the satisfaction of our custumers and contribute to increase our competitiveness and profitability,
  • Consolidate our position of profitable leader in actuators for,
  • Continue our efforts to become a leading reference in innovation and an industrial benchmark thanks to our recognized product/process expertise and our close collaboration with key suppliers,
  • Continue efforts to deploy our corporate values ​​among our employees and make those values are part of our recruitment policy.

I here by confer responsibility and authority to AML Systems Quality Director to manage the right application and deployment of the quality management, (ISO TS 16949 version 2009 and ISO 9001: 2008).
